Erin Doolin Fessler has been named vice president of communications by the Erie Community Foundation, where she has worked since 2004.
Fessler manages the foundation’s major events, including Erie Gives and the group’s annual meeting, as well as its advertising, media relations and social media.
Fessler earned her bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University. She has worked at WSEE, the Community Blood Bank and PNC Financial Services Group Inc. She also is a founding board member and treasurer of the Northwest Pennsylvania chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.
