How will health-care reform affect your company and do you plan to respond to it?
I anticipate increased costs due to the new underwriting models health insurance companies have to conform to as well as the many governmental mandates. All of this will add additional cost beyond the typical increases we’ve seen in the past. Having said that, we care about our employees and their families, and we view our employee benefits program, specifically health insurance, as an important piece of the employer/employee relationship. We will continue review our options, considering cost versus benefit and plan design that will allow Reddog Industries to continue to provide our valued employees an employer-sponsored health insurance plan.
