What is the best piece of business advice you ever received?
An excellent piece of business advice is to learn how to keep my ears open and my mouth closed. Really listening to others without assuming to know what I think they are going to say has taught me to look at issues from different viewpoints and often learn something new along the way.
What was one of the biggest challenges you’ve overcome in running your business?
A big challenge that I continually work at is to prioritize my time. First things first. Seemingly large issues become only more burdensome with procrastination and become manageable and solvable when the first step is taken.
