ERIE — Ken Louie, Ph.D., director of the Economic Research Institute of Erie (ERIE), will discuss Erie’s economic outlook at the Manufacturer & Business Association’s monthly Eggs ‘n’ Issues briefing set for 8 a.m. Tuesday, December 5, at the Association’s Conference Center, 2171 West 38th Street at Pittsburgh Avenue.
