Today, Mary is a critical member of the Executive Leadership team at Sarah A. Reed Children’s Center, supporting strategic processes and addressing key staff issues to improve overall experience and performance. She actively works with directors, coordinators and collaborating agencies to meet the demand for consultation and service delivery. Additionally, Mary fosters opportunities that increase visibility, awareness, and understanding of employee relations. In preparation for succession planning, she recently identified a team member to lead this important duty.
