Advanced Manufacturing Forum Set for September 23

ERIE – The Advanced Manufacturing Forum 2016, presented by the School of Engineering and Black School of Business at Penn State Behrend, is set for 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday, September 23 at the Ambassador Banquet and Conference Center. Registration begins at 8 a.m.

Advanced manufacturing offers companies the potential to revolutionize their operations-reducing defects, raising productivity, speeding production, improving safety, and everything in between. According to organizers, the forum will allow participants to hear from several IndustryWeek Best Plant winners who achieved amazing results and possibilities for their facilities. Arnold Kamler, chairman and CEO of Kent International, will deliver the keynote talk, “It’s Not About Reshoring. It’s About Growing the Business.”
