Manufacturer & Business Association Welcomes New Chief Financial Officer

The Manufacturer & Business Association (MBA) is pleased to announce that it has hired Brad Phillips as its new chief financial officer. Phillips replaces longtime CFO Dan McMahon, who recently retired after 16 years of exceptional dedication and service.

Phillips joins the Association with more than 30 years of accounting experience in a wide range of industries, from public accounting and manufacturing to banking and health care. Most recently, he served as CFO of Great Lakes Home Healthcare. He also previously held positions administering retirement plans for Northwest Savings Bank (formerly Boetger & Associates), as CFO for several companies, including Northwest Physicians in Meadville and Uniflow in Erie, and as a senior audit manager for Ernst & Young.

Phillips is an Erie native and Strong Vincent High School graduate. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Penn State University and his master of business administration from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
