Lake City Homes has been a family-owned business for the past 45 years, Lisa Garity Carr’s dad started the business.
Homeowners can tour 5 different models and there are hundreds of house plans to choose from, or you can custom design your own.
The house is built in sections and because it’s inside, it doesn’t matter what the weather is like outside.
By the time the house gets to its new address, it’s 90 percent complete, and that includes the handmade cabinets and granite counter tops as well.
Each section is trucked to the construction site where the basement has been dug and the site is ready for someone’s new home.
