MBA Staff Q&A: Judy Rosatti

It’s been said that energy is the secret to everything – especially in the business world. Here, MBA EnergyAdvisors Representative Judy Rosatti talks about the energy and experiences that have helped shape her personally and in her professional career.

Most of our members know you from your work with MBA EnergyAdvisors, but tell us more about yourself. Where were you born? How long have you lived in Erie and where did you go to school?

I was born and raised in Erie. My family are longtime Blessed Sacrament members, which is where my daughters and I graduated from grade school. I then attended Mercyhurst Prep, where I recently received the distinguished Alumni Award for service. After that, I attended and graduated from Edinboro University with a BFA in Communication Graphics. While art remains in my heart, after graduating, I quickly began a career in sales and have been in a sales/consulting role ever since.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I mostly enjoy spending time with my family. My husband and I have twin daughters who, during their childhood years, kept us very busy. We are now in the process of planning a wedding for one of them. We also spend our time following my brother’s six children in their various sporting and performing arts activities. My husband and I have had the good fortune to allow for international travel to Russia, Germany, France and Japan. I also enjoy golf in the summer and skiing in the winter.

What is one personal accomplishment you are most proud of and why?

I would have to say that it is raising two beautiful, independent-thinking women who continue to make their father and me proud every day.

What is something that our members would be surprised to learn about you?

Most of my acquaintances are not aware that I enjoy fly fishing with my husband. We will travel to the middle of the state or just up I-79 to some beautiful trout streams. I prefer a nice spring, summer or fall day in a stream. Still, I have yet to catch the mid-winter steelhead fishing bug. When it’s snowing, I prefer not to be standing in the middle of a stream. Never say never though!
