Erie Federal Credit Union Names Carroll as Director of Business Development

ERIE — Erie Federal Credit Union (Erie FCU) today announced that Jillian Carroll has been promoted to the position of director of Business Development and Services.
Carroll, who has been with Erie FCU since 2016, will be based at its
Glenwood corporate office, where her responsibilities will include developing business partner relationships, as well as involvement in community events and growth strategies for the credit union. She will also promote and support cash management products and services for existing and new small businesses within the Erie and Crawford County markets.
“Jillian’s experience and passion to help members makes her a tremendous
asset to our Marketing and Business Development team,” said Thomas Brennan, Erie FCU chief marketing officer.
Carroll graduated from Pennsylvania State University, where she received a
Bachelor of Arts in Communications: Advertising and Public Relations. She most recently served as assistant branch manager of the credit union’s Zuck Road branch office.
