McKees Rocks, PA – Ace Wire Spring & Form Co., Inc. recently hosted two separate groups of students for a presentation and tour of the company’s facility in celebration of “Manufacturing Day.”
On October 17, 2023, Ace welcomed a group of 30 students from Rosedale Technologies College, and on October 18, 2023, a group of 15 students from City Wide Charter School came to the Ace facility for the tour. Manufacturing Day is a celebration of modern manufacturing meant to inspire the next generation of manufacturers. The hope is that these events help expand the minds of the students that visited Ace, and that they see the many opportunities for a Career in the manufacturing industry. It is a chance for students to see the diverse career options that are innovative, impactful and durable.
MFG DAY amplifies the voice of individual manufacturers and coordinates a collective chorus of manufacturers with common concerns and challenges. These events empower manufacturers to come together to address their collective challenges, so they can help their communities and future generations thrive.
