Since opening our doors in 2002, Home Instead Senior Care has adapted to the many changes of operating a home care agency. As a leader in the senior care “aging in place” industry, we are approaching healthcare reform in the same fashion…keeping abreast of new information as the “bugs” are being worked out, all while communicating regularly with our employees. In regards to offering healthcare insurance to our full-time equivalent employees, we are on board with finding the carrier best suited to the needs of our 275 + employees. With so many areas of healthcare reform being gray, we continue to monitor the situation. The bottom line, like other small businesses it WILL affect our bottom line!
