Northwest Savings Bank recently honored employees who completed the bank’s iLead leadership program with graduation ceremonies held in November at the Conewango Club in Warren.
The program, designed through collaboration between Northwest Savings Bank and the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, helps bank managers in all departments develop proficiency in communication, emotional intelligence, coaching, motivation, delegation, time management, strategic thinking and leadership.
Participants met in Warren throughout the past 12 months.
Guest speakers presented on a variety of topics related to leadership development to give participants the chance to sharpen their skills and work together to meet challenges found in today’s workplace.
iLead is part of a four-tiered employee development program called uSucceed, which provides enrichment opportunities for Northwest employees.
