Erie Airport Holds Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for New Chicago Flight

ERIE — Airport officials held a ribbon-cutting ceremony today to commemorate United Air Lines’ inaugural Flight 3274 from Erie International Airport, Tom Ridge Field (ERI) to Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport (ORD).

United Airlines is replacing round-trip service between Erie International Airport and Cleveland with direct flights to and from Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport. Three major airlines service the Erie airport — United, Delta and US Airways.
