Here at ISM, HR is a strategic partner in the overall success of the business. Strategic in part by identifying and managing talent within the company. We provide on the job training, coaching and mentoring. For those individuals who are willing to go above and beyond, work hard, have great attendance and a great attitude, we will do everything we can to help them reach their career goals and aspirations.
What are some strategies that you’ve used to engage your employees and boost morale?
Motivating people can be difficult. There is no magic formula or program. Motivation is personal. While one employee may appreciate time off, the next may enjoy new challenges. The basic rule for us is to discover what the employees want and try to create a way to give it to them or encouraging them to earn it.
