ERIE — Local businesswoman and esteemed educator Maureen Barber-Carey, Ed.D., executive vice president of the Barber National Institute, will be the featured speaker at the Manufacturer & Business Association’s (MBA) Women in the Workplace IMPACT Luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, April 11, at the MBA’s Conference Center, 2171 West 38th Street and Pittsburgh Avenue. During her discussion, Dr. Barber-Carey will focus on how vision and opportunity can impact business, leadership and life. The Barber National Institute is one of Erie largest employers and a premier educational organization for children and adults with autism, intellectual disabilities and behavioral health challenges.
