ERIE — The Northwest Industrial Resource Center (NWIRC) recently announced that Robin Keller has joined the NWIRC as Strategic Programs & Events coordinator. In this role, Keller handles all planning logistics for training programs and other special events geared for manufacturers in 13 counties of northwest and northcentral Pennsylvania. In addition, she serves as convener for GR8T Manufacturing, the next gen industry-led partnership for the eight counties of northwest PA.
Keller comes to NWIRC after 19 years with Perseus House, Inc. in Erie, working in a variety of roles, including talent acquisition, marketing, and coordinating events. The majority of her career has been serving the nonprofit sector. She earned an Associate Degree from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with a concentration in graphic design and visual communications.
Keller replaces Molly Reichard who is transitioning to a Culture Development and Training specialist. Reichard has been with NWIRC for more than six years and will now be working even more closely with manufacturing companies for improving their culture and developing their workforce so they have a place where people want to come to work – and stay.
